Welcome to Good Times Charter LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Service govern your use of our fishing and boat tour services (“Services”) provided on inland waters in Indiana. By booking our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.
### 2. Services Offered
We provide guided fishing trips, boat tours, and related recreational activities on inland waters in Indiana. Specific details about our Services, including pricing, schedules, and available equipment, will be provided on our website or through direct communication.
### 3. Booking and Payment
- **Reservations**: All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- **Payment**: Full payment is due at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and cash.
- **Cancellation Policy**: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
### 4. Participant Responsibilities
- **Age Requirements**: Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- **Health and Safety**: Participants should be in good health and capable of engaging in outdoor activities. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or limitations prior to your tour.
- **Safety Regulations**: All participants must adhere to safety instructions and guidelines provided by our staff. Life jackets must be worn as required.
### 5. Liability Waiver
By participating in our Services, you acknowledge and agree that you are participating at your own risk. You release Good Times Charter LLC, its employees, and agents from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or death arising from your participation in our Services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
### 6. Equipment and Property
- **Use of Equipment**: We provide all necessary fishing and boating equipment. You agree to use the equipment responsibly and return it in the same condition as received, barring normal wear and tear.
- **Loss or Damage**: You are responsible for any loss or damage to equipment caused by your negligence or willful misconduct. You may be charged for repairs or replacement as necessary.
### 7. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. We reserve the right to terminate any tour without refund if a participant behaves inappropriately or endangers the safety of others.
### 8. Photography and Media
We may take photographs or videos during our tours for promotional purposes. By participating in our Services, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in such materials unless you notify us otherwise.
### 9. Governing Law
These Terms and Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Indiana.
